All vehicle owners who access the CVA zone as of the 1st May 2007 will automatically receive a bill that will be issued on the 1st June 2007. A personalised registration form will also be sent with this bill to allow the Customer to register for online services, including viewing of bills, and payment facilities. Customers can register to access the online system before they receive their first bill. This can be done by submitting the respective registration form.

Payments effected before the bills are issued will benefit from a 10% discount.
